Below you can email us, but before you ask us about the status of a backordered item, we ask that you click on the "Status Update" link on the red bar. We are updating information as we receive it from our vendors.
If you email us, please give us as much information as possible - for instance the full name on the order, your order number if you have it, and the full style or SKU number if you are asking about a product.
If we see multiple orders from you, we will do our best to combine them and ship them together and refund shipping costs when appropriate. We don't have your payment information to add onto an order, so if you want to add to your order it is best to place an additional order then we can combine them here. Please note that we can't always add to the yardage if the first piece is already cut.
